Annick Hus (born 1983) is a Belgian freelance journalist and researcher.

Annick Hus studied journalism, international communication and international investigative journalism. To further her knowledge, she completed an MSc in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law at the University of Winchester in 2021. The MSc in Biodiversity, Wildlife and Ecosystem Health at the University of Edinburgh is a work in progress. It is therefore no coincidence that her journalistic work focuses on animal welfare, biodiversity and related issues. Annick writes for MO*, Belga, Knack, Apache and EOS Science, among others. She also published her first scientific paper in early 2023: The political salience of animal welfare in the Netherlands (2012-2021) and Belgium (2010-2019): What do Dutch and Belgian political parties promise on animal welfare and wildlife conservation?
