The preselection committee consisting of Frans Lefever (Independent Belgian Film Consultant), Tom Bleyaert (Programme Acquisition VRT Canvas), Marc Boonen (Open Doek Film Festival) and Jessica de Jaeger (Latin American Filmfestival) selected 6 films for the shortlist of the Dirk Vandersypen Award 2010.
