Aart De Zitter is a Belgian linguist and journalist based in Sweden.
After several years of scientific research (speech technology), he started working as a journalist. He specializes in travel journalism and economic reporting, working for magazines and TV stations.
He divides his professional attention between economics and tourism. For eight years now, he has been traveling the world in search of gripping stories, often in imaginative destinations. The North has appealed to him for more than 20 years. He lived in Norway for a year, speaks Swedish and traveled from Greenland via Spitsbergen through Norway and Sweden to Finland.
