Arminda Zandamela is a Mozambican expert in HIV prevention.

She studied sociology at Eduardo Modlane University in Maputo and holds a postgraduate degree in human rights from Pontificia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro. She develops HIV prevention programmes for female sex workers and prisoners.
