Brecht De Vleeschauwer is a Belgian freelance journalist and photographer.

He travelled to Brazil, Russia, Mozambique, Egypt and almost the entire Balkan region to make stories about migration and the dark relationship between politics and sport. These have been published with Apache, Knack, Mo* Magazine, De Morgen and Vice among others.
