Carl Theunis is a Belgian reporter, cameraman and editor.

Carl Theunis holds a Master in International Politics (KUL), Radio and Television Journalism (VUB) and in Policy Economics (KUL). He worked for several years as a journalist and reporter for a local television channels (ROB, TV Brussels) and Belgian public broadcaster Radio 2. He then went to Africa to work for organizations such as MSF and the Belgian development agency (ENABEL). He has built up a great deal of expertise on political and social issues in Africa. Carl currently works as a freelance cameraman, reporter and editor.
