Elige Nehmeh (°1995) is a Lebanese photographer and cinematographer/colourist.

Her photographic work has been exhibited in Beirut, Batroun and Cairo. Her passion for colour, textures and light led her to choose film as the primary medium for her photography.

She currently makes short and medium-length documentaries. Her credits include Don't Take My Joy Away (2024, Omar Gabriel) and ARTE Tracks East's Lebanon After the War: Is Healing Possible? (2025, Omar Gabriel).

Elige previously worked as an image technician and film loader on professional film sets and has collaborated on many award-winning feature-length projects. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in cinematography at the Lebanese University.
