Elke Lahousse is a Belgian journalist and author.

She works for Knack Weekend as a human interest journalist and travel stories coordinator and is also a lecturer at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. 

In 2016, she co-wrote the non-fiction book (Over)Leven with Petra De Sutter, about De Sutter's struggles as a doctor, politician and trans woman. In 2024, she co-edited the book Duurzaam Durven Doen, a handbook for sustainable entrepreneurship.
