Cosima Bas (Brussels, °2000) is an anthropologist and writer.

She studied cultural anthropology at the University of Amsterdam and is currently taking the masters in cultural studies at the KU Leuven. She specialised in anthropology of the body and did a minor in gender and sexuality. She is doing an internship at DOEK, a social and artistic textile platform, and is doing research on the postcolonial character of the fashion industry. She was already an editor at several student magazines and now writes cultural reviews, among other things. Cosima is fascinated by themes such as identity, performativity, community building and connection.
